Orders usually ship within 3 business days.
Sometimes this may take longer if we need to make more products to fulfill your order (remember, all of our products are handcrafted), or if during summer months we decide to wait a few days to ship your order so it is not in transit for too many excessively hot days.
New products may be returned by simply contacting us to inform us of the problem and shipping them back to us for a full refund, store credit or replacement.
